Manage the day-to-day operations of social media, web, and email/SMS channels for a designated roster of artists, supporting fan acquisition and engagement efforts
Create and publish copy and content designed to increase engagement and reach through audience interaction and algorithms
Support growth and engagement initiatives for both established and developing artists, helping to foster active and loyal fan communities
Partner with Marketing and Artist teams to help build and maintain editorial calendars across digital platforms
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure digital execution aligns with broader marketing and artist priorities
Passion for fan-focused digital strategies and online community building

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in digital and/or social media marketing

Experience at a record label, entertainment company, or social media agency preferred
Working knowledge of creative tools such as Photoshop, iMovie, Illustrator, or similar platforms is a plus
Passion for R&B and Hip Hop strongly preferred
