About the role

  • Job Description: The Plant Manager is responsible for full site leadership and performance of the Charlotte manufacturing facility.
  • Product Line Simplification (PLS), and continuous improvement.
  • This role establishes the standard for operational excellence, leadership accountability, and site culture.
