- This role oversees projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within approved budgets, and in line with quality standards, while collaborating closely with field teams and external contractors.
Responsibilities
- Manage tender processes, bids, and relationships with external suppliers and contractors
- Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and field teams
- Track budgets closely, validate invoices, and monitor financial variances
- Maintain project tracking tools and provide regular progress reports
Requirements
- Diploma (DEC) or Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination or management
- Experience in real estate or construction (asset)
- Proficiency in Excel and project management tools
