About the role
- Responsible for recording electrical activity of the patient's brain to study epilepsy, convulsive disorders and localizing lesions in the cerebrum.
- Participates in performance improvement and continuous quality (CQI) improvement activities.
Responsibilities
- Within 12 months of hire, able to perform EEGs, ambulatory EEGs, continuous and video EEG epilepsy monitoring, for all ages of patients.
- Performs clerical duties.
- Will perform all job duties or job tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Graduate or equivalent, required.
- Current BLS certification, required.
- Demonstrates the ability to deal with pressure to meet deadlines, to be accurate, and to handle constantly changing situations.
