Responsibilities

  • Drive social media ideation and execution with the goal of growing audience, engagement, and video views across platforms
  • Create and publish social content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, and emerging platforms
  • Manage and maintain the social calendar, including planning, scheduling, and optimizing posts across multiple brand and franchise accounts
  • Manage and partner with an editor/content creator to produce short-form video and platform-specific content
  • Optimize content for each platform based on format, trends, and performance insights
  • Support promotion of affiliate and commerce content across social channels
  • Partner with marketing on paid social campaigns, including boosting and performance optimization
  • Monitor comments, DMs, and audience engagement, and support day-to-day community management

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital media
  • Strong understanding of short-form video, platform-specific storytelling, and what drives performance on social
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Compensation

  • The estimated annual base salary for this position is between $110,000 and $117,000 with additional equity.

  • Experience supporting social campaigns, including working with content partners or influencers
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows, calendars, and deadlines
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, production-driven environments and adapting quickly to changing priorities
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform decisions and optimize performance
  • Familiarity with paid social, including ad setup, execution, and basic optimization
  • Strong communication skills with a clear, concise writing style
  • High level of judgment, attention to detail, and understanding of social media best practices and ethics
  • Self-starter who can independently manage priorities while proactively identifying new opportunities
  • Collaborative, positive team player who works effectively across functions
  • Comfortable with social and analytics tools such as Sprout, native platform insights, Google Analytics, and similar platforms
