Requirements
- Experience in UiPath Development as well as supporting them in Production
- Experience in Monitoring Orchestrator BOTs for failures troubleshooting and fixing them
- Willing to work in CST shifts to manage the bots that span multiple timezones and are governed by strict SLAs Also extend on call support during weekends and month ends whenever required including nonBusiness hours
- 10 years of relevant IT experience with at least 3 to 4 years of experience in managing RPA operations
- Experience in managing UiPath platform
- Experience in ITIL process Service Now ticketing tool
- Experience in Azure Cloud ITSM and Agile practices GitHub Azure DevOps
- Must have experience on the following
- Must have experience on VB Scripting and Dot net
