About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead preclinical discovery efforts for novel ADC technologies from linker payload discovery through target selection, therapeutic design, in vitro and in vivo characterization, optimization, candidate nomination, and IND-enabling studies.
  • Contribute to the preparation and review of regulatory documents, including IND submissions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Immunome is seeking a talented and passionate cancer biologist with experience developing and championing novel therapeutic concepts in a fast-paced scientifically rigorous environment.
  • In partnership with cross-functional teams across the company, they will lead the discovery, optimization, and nomination of new drug candidates for clinical development.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4+ years of project leadership experience in biotech/pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on preclinical drug development in immunology or oncology, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience designing and interpreting in vitro and in vivo ADC assays, including target expression/internalization, payload mechanism of action, PK/PD and efficacy studies.
  • Ph.D. in Cell Biology, Cancer Biology, Pharmacology, Chemical Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, or related fields.
  • Deep understanding of ADC design principles including the impact of target, antibody, and linker-payload on ADC safety and efficacy.
