About the role
- The New York office of Clifford Chance has an opening for an Incentives associate attorney in the firm's Tax, Pensions, Employment & Incentives Group.
- We advise public and private companies on remuneration, incentives and employment tax globally.
- We advise on standalone advisory matters and on major corporate transactions, including M&A, IPOs and other transformational events.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited US law school;
- Experience in Executive Compensation
- Admitted to (or possessing the ability to waive into) the New York bar;
- Prior experience in a peer law firm.
Nice to have
- Preferred class years 2021-2023.
