About the role

  • We are seeking a versatile operator who can confidently oversee operations, troubleshooting, compliance, maintenance, and optimization activities across a variety of private water and wastewater facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Operate, monitor, and maintain private water treatment, distribution, wastewater treatment, and collection systems
  • Monitor treatment processes and make operational adjustments to optimize performance
  • Provide mentorship and technical support to junior operators
  • Ongoing training and certification support

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive operational experience in both drinking water and wastewater systems
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and reporting requirements
  • Experience with compliance monitoring, process control, laboratory interpretation, and operational reporting
  • Required Certifications
