About the role
- We are seeking a versatile operator who can confidently oversee operations, troubleshooting, compliance, maintenance, and optimization activities across a variety of private water and wastewater facilities.
Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and maintain private water treatment, distribution, wastewater treatment, and collection systems
- Monitor treatment processes and make operational adjustments to optimize performance
- Provide mentorship and technical support to junior operators
- Ongoing training and certification support
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive operational experience in both drinking water and wastewater systems
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and reporting requirements
- Experience with compliance monitoring, process control, laboratory interpretation, and operational reporting
- Required Certifications
- Aquatech places significant value on demonstrated operational experience in both water and wastewater systems.

- Experience operating private communal water and wastewater systems
