About the role
- This position will reside in the Philadelphia office and offers a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule.
Responsibilities
- Supports the development of guidance on data field configuration according to the firm's data governance standards and facilitates testing and implementation of data fields within the firm's systems.
- Manages technical support issues for managed systems and maintains logs related to technical issues, data integration, configuration, etc.
- Participates in data hygiene projects designed to improve the accuracy and consistency of firm data for efficient use supporting client engagements and opportunities.
- Assists the team with documentation and the development of project specific materials, training materials and other documents.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university, ideally in computer science or information systems management, and minimum of two (2) years of professional experience
- Experience with the Foundation Experience Management Database or Qlik/Tableau/Power BI a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Good planning and time management
