About the role

  • The right candidate is a loving, experienced, and mature leader interested in supporting authentic Montessori practice in a Dual-Language (Spanish/English) Montessori Environment.The Assistant is a native or fluent Spanish-speaker.
  • POSITION DETAILS This is a 10-month full-time position.
  • These activities include but are not limited to, hiring and firing of staff, selection of volunteers and vendors, and provision of services.

Requirements

  • Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Nice to have

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • 2-5 previous experience with preschoolers preferred
  • CDA training preferred

Compensation

  • $35,000 - $59,690 depends on experience
