About the role

- Exemption Status: Non-Exempt Hiring Range: $20.91 - $34.31 Please note that the final offer may vary within this range based on a candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.

Responsibilities
- Reprocess endoscopes using the scope washer and document cycle results.
- And everyone, in their own unique way, plays an important part, every day.
Requirements
- BLS Certification required
- SGNA certification required within one year of date of hire or eight years of endoscopy experience.
- Applies knowledge of procedures by using and operating the correct equipment on a daily basis based on scheduled cases.
- Monday through Friday, On Call - Required
- High School Graduate
- Coursework in Medical Terminology / Health Care-related education required
Nice to have
- EMT or Critical Care Tech Preferred
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lift patients; move heavy objects by pushing or pulling
- Knowledge of basic computer usage
- Normal clerical dexterity.
- Typing skills and basic medical terminology
- Well organized and possess high degree of Manual Dexterity
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- OR equivalent combination of the above
- Previous Endoscopy Unit experience preferred
Compensation
- $21k-$34k
