- GM-like mindset with awareness of how product connects to revenue, growth models, pricing, and go-to-market
- Shipped AI-powered products or features (LLMs, recommendation engines, intelligent automation)
- Ability to deconstruct visions into clear, actionable roadmaps that align with company objectives
- Ownership-first, bias-to-action, thrives in early-stage/high-urgency environments
- Deep user empathy, first-principles thinker, obsessed with simple, elegant solutions
