You'd be the first person in this role-which means there's no playbook and no existing team.

Once people start using Circleback, they stick around.

Build and run growth experiments across channels (paid, organic, community, partnerships, content) with a bias toward finding what actually scales, not just what looks busy
Drum up buzz for product launches-coordinate releases, build anticipation, and make sure the right people know about what we're shipping
Define and own Circleback's brand positioning and messaging-figure out what we want people to think when they see Circleback, and make that show up consistently everywhere
Set up automated growth systems (retargeting, intent-based lead capture, website conversion tools) that compound over time
Work with contractors or agencies as needed for design, ads, or other specialized work
You're comfortable with brand and positioning work but equally excited about running experiments, building automations, and looking at data.
Circleback is building the source of truth for everything said at a company-starting with best-in-class AI meeting notes, action items, and search.

You have strong opinions about what good marketing looks like but hold them loosely enough to let results change your mind.
Although a design background is not required, we do expect a strong sense of taste and attention to detail in how the brand shows up publicly.
