Circleback

Head of Marketing

San Francisco · Full-time

Sponsorship not specified$140k-$200kDetected 69 days ago

About the role

  • You'd be the first person in this role-which means there's no playbook and no existing team.
  • Just a product people love and a lot of room to run.
  • Once people start using Circleback, they stick around.

Responsibilities

  • Build and run growth experiments across channels (paid, organic, community, partnerships, content) with a bias toward finding what actually scales, not just what looks busy
  • Drum up buzz for product launches-coordinate releases, build anticipation, and make sure the right people know about what we're shipping
  • Define and own Circleback's brand positioning and messaging-figure out what we want people to think when they see Circleback, and make that show up consistently everywhere
  • Set up automated growth systems (retargeting, intent-based lead capture, website conversion tools) that compound over time
  • Work with contractors or agencies as needed for design, ads, or other specialized work
  • You're comfortable with brand and positioning work but equally excited about running experiments, building automations, and looking at data.
  • Circleback is building the source of truth for everything said at a company-starting with best-in-class AI meeting notes, action items, and search.

Requirements

  • You have strong opinions about what good marketing looks like but hold them loosely enough to let results change your mind.
  • Although a design background is not required, we do expect a strong sense of taste and attention to detail in how the brand shows up publicly.

Compensation

  • $140k-$200k
