Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a high performing team to support CAPEX developments across each of Ada's regions
  • Establish, maintain, and enhance cost governance standards in line with global frameworks
  • own Yardi controls environment
  • Lead contractor financial closeout, including invoice reconciliation and retention release
  • Support accounting with fixed asset capitalization, subledger-to-GL reconciliations, and asset movement schedules
  • Partner with development/operations on physical inventories, asset tagging, obsolescence review, and insurance support
  • Lead monthly CAPEX reporting in alignment with corporate timelines
  • Support investor, lender, and portfolio reporting with asset data & dashboards
  • Manage retention tracking and release
  • Ensure data integrity between development tools and the accounting system; own Yardi controls environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of construction cost accounting and CAPEX managemen t
  • High proficiency in Excel and Office 365

Nice to have

  • Experience with GAAP and IFRS preferred
  • Experience with Yardi and Construction M anager (YCM) strongly preferred

Compensation

  • The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below.
  • Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus.
  • $250,000.00 - $275,000.00 The firm also offers robust Benefits offerings.
