About the role
- We're seeking an Implementation Project Manager to join our stellar team!
- You would be responsible for leading the planning, coordination, execution, and successful delivery of client onboarding, implementation, and enhancement initiatives.
- The ideal candidate combines strong project management discipline, stakeholder communication, organizational skills, and client-facing professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding, implementation, and enhancement projects from planning through production deployment and stabilization.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items.
- Work within Agile delivery environments to support implementation planning, Jira/Confluence tracking, sprint coordination, and delivery readiness activities.
- Support successful client outcomes through professional communication, stakeholder engagement, and effective project governance.
- Ensure solutions are successfully transitioned into sustainable business-as-usual operational support models.

Requirements
- 5+ years of Project Management, Implementation Management, Program Coordination, or related experience.
- Experience leading client-facing software implementation, onboarding, SaaS deployment, or enterprise technology projects.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, software development environments, Jira, Confluence, and related collaboration tools.
- Ability to influence and coordinate work across multiple teams without direct authority.
- Strong project planning, scheduling, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to identify risks, resolve issues, and maintain project momentum in dynamic environments.
- Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $110,000 - $130,000 USD. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, international locations and education.
