About the role

The ideal candidate will feel comfortable driving both product strategy and execution and is excited to navigate the changing landscape of AI technologies.
6+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML products and a record of driving measurable impact on user growth and engagement
Experience partnering cross-functionally to define quantitative evaluations for AI products to ensure they are accurate, safe and aligned with the brand

Partner with Content and Marketing to align content programming with product features that help current members get the most value from their membership and attract new subscribers
Define and monitor success metrics and offer data-driven insights to inspire new features and experiments that drive engagement
Collaborate closely with other Software PMs to ensure a holistic connected experience across features and content types

Exceptional communication skills, especially the ability to work closely with experts in a different field, understand their needs and translate them into strategy, features and tools
ability to act autonomously
Experience with complex metadata systems and ML-based recommendation systems
