About the role

  • Apply advanced technical knowledge to provide a supporting role for equipment set-up, troubleshooting, and fixture development.
  • Mikros Technologies (a Jabil company) liquid cooling systems are deployed servers in large AI data centers and help to increase the energy efficiency of these sites.

  • You will provide direct support to the engineer with various project tasks as needed from verbal and written instructions.
  • We also make active liquid cooling systems that are used in semiconductor test equipment for providing fast thermal control to maintain a constant temperature under a varying heat load.
  • Performs diversified and complex manual assembly and mechanical duties.
  • Performs a variety of diagnostic troubleshooting activities on assembly and test equipment.
  • Leverage manual and CNC machining capabilities to manufacture early prototype builds.
  • Assists in resolving technical process assembly challenges and aids in device builds.
  • Documents work performed utilizing database management system and/or written reports as per department procedure.
  • Collaborates with an internal team of multidisciplinary clientele to deliver a full range of quality services including device builds, equipment set-up, process documentation, and fixture development.

Requirements

  • High school diploma Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience required, preferably in the machine tool or related industry.
  • Must have computer skills with the ability to use Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision, solve complex problems and provide process assembly solutions.

Nice to have

  • Manual and CNC Machining experience preferred.

Skills

  • Apply machining skills on prototype manufacturing and assembly.
