About the role
- Establish operating rhythms and align teams across product, growth, marketing, and operations
- Remove blockers and keep top priorities on track as the Growth org scales
Responsibilities
- You'll lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives and special projects, turning ambiguous ideas into structured plans and measurable outcomes
- Drive key workstreams across hiring and go-to-market
- Support stakeholder management across teams like Product, Marketing, Data, and Sales, keeping people aligned without formal authority.
- The GM has a trusted partner who can be handed an ambiguous problem and run with it.
Requirements
- Four or more years of experience in operations, strategy, or consulting, ideally including prior experience as a Chief of Staff or similar role supporting a leader over an org of five or more people.
