About the role

The Senior Director, Digital Transformation is responsible for partnering with business and technology leadership to set the strategy of digital, technology, business process, data and organizational transformation to achieve defined business value outcomes. This role will also be required to build credible partnerships across supply chain lines of business
and enterprise teams to collaborate effectively, outline change management approach, and ensure successful adoption of transformational initiatives to expedite significant value targets.

Experience with SAP S/4 HANA Transformation
Experience with SAP S/4 Central Finance implementation
Experience with Finance Transformation

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience; Minimum of 3 additional years of experience related to functional area
6+ years of experience leading technology initiatives including large-scale business transformations
Ability to formulate and communicate strategies across all levels of technical and functional leaders.
High level of organization, managing risk and decision-making skills working in a fast-paced environment.
Systematic approach to work maintaining accountability, plans and demonstrations of success.
Experience with large-scale vendors including defining business requirements and negotiating contracts.
Experience in business process re-engineering or process improvement involving systems, utilizing tools to effect business change.
Demonstrated experience in translating business strategies, across several business units, into effective solutions.
Possess ability to extract and translate business strategy into technology requirements.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited information is available.

Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets.
Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
As a part of the compensation package, this role may include eligible bonuses and commissions.
$136,500.00 - $215,250.00
