Responsibilities

  • Support veterinarians with patient care, exams, surgery, anesthesia, and recovery.
  • Perform technical duties such as lab work, radiographs, injections, and IV catheter placement.

Requirements

  • Ability to handle animals safely and compassionately.
  • Familiarity with DEA, OSHA, and hospital safety guidelines.
  • Schedule: 35-40 hours per week, Monday- Saturday must be available until 7PM rotational late nights and 7:30AM-2 PM
  • Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) certification.
  • Knowledgeable about common disease states and able to alert veterinarians to changes in patient conditions.

Compensation

  • Salary: $25.00-$30.00 dependent on skills and experience
