About the role

Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with clients by serving as a strategic analytics partner and translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Partner closely with Client Services and technical teams to deliver integrated analytics solutions that align with client goals.
- Identify opportunities to deepen client partnerships, contribute to account growth, and support new business initiatives.
- Develop measurement strategies, reporting frameworks, and performance insights that help clients make informed business decisions.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to automate reporting, improve workflows, and scale analytics capabilities.
- Own the performance, development, and operational success of the analytics team.
- Lead analytics operations, including resource planning, team prioritization, workload management, and continuous improvement of delivery processes.
- Set clear expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and support the professional growth and success of your team.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen collaboration and continuously improve how analytics supports the business.
Requirements
- Familiarity with social listening tools
- Strong experience with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker and/or Tableau.
- Take what you think you know about agencies and burn it.
- Travel will be required up to 5% to client sites.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in a related field plus 9 years of relevant experience
- at least 3 years of experienceleading a team

- $130k-$150k
