Responsibilities
- Building a high-trust one-team partnership with Engineering that enables fast, customer-focused delivery rather than creating competing priorities.
- Helping define what Product should own in an AI-accelerated development environment while balancing speed, customer insight, and execution quality.
- Own and refine the product development lifecycle to clearly delineate ownership of the " what" in Product and the "how" of innovation in Engineering to enable high-velocity delivery without chaos.
- Develop tools, processes, and metrics for prioritization, capacity planning, and release readiness.
Requirements
- ✅ Must be able to pass a federal, state, county background check
Skills
- Proven success leading product teams through operational and organizational scaling.
- Demonstrated experience with product lifecycle management, prioritization frameworks, and outcome-based roadmapping.
- Demonstrated understanding of GTM strategies, pricing, packaging, and usage-based monetization, customer onboarding, and lifecycle hooks.
- Automox is turning IT admins into IT heroes by replacing traditional tools with our award winning cloud-native endpoint management platform.
- Our product works autonomously and so do our teams.
Compensation
- $220,000 - $250,000 USD
