Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with clients, families, and stakeholders to shape and execute individualized treatment plans.
  • Employ a strengths -based approach, transforming lives through empowerment and skill-building using evidence-based practices.
  • Coordinate care with primary care physicians, psychiatrists, schools, and community organizations for holistic support.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, treatments, and progress as per organizational policies.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, teachers, and counselors.

Requirements

  • An individual with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or other specialized human services field;
  • Or an individual with a Bachelor's degree in an unrelated field and two years of related work experience;
  • Or any four-year combination of higher education and two years of related work experience;
  • Or an Associate's of Applied Science in Behavioral Health Support;
  • Or an individual with four years of qualifying experience in delivering services to individuals with mental health disorders, substance use disorders, or developmental disabilities.

Nice to have

  • Must possess a current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and auto insurance.
  • Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to operate a company-owned vehicle.
  • Must be at least twenty-three (23) years of age to operate a company-owned fifteen (15) passenger van.
  • Must have reliable means of transportation to transport clients in a personal vehicle.
  • Physical Requirements:
  • Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amounts of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull objects.
  • Sedentary work often requires sitting most of the time, with occasional walking or standing.
  • Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shift.
