About the role

You'll be responsible for one thing above all: making a lot of really good short videos.
That might mean short-form videos, memes, GIFs, carousels, or posts, whatever format you're best at.

Create short-form video, text, and image content on a fast-paced team
Learn and apply social media marketing best practices to develop engaging, on-brand content
Partner with teammates across marketing, design, product, and legal to develop ideas and content
Support coordination of other marketing projects as needed

You'll work within our broader social strategy to create content that stops the scroll, sparks conversation, and shows the world what Alma is building for immigrants and the teams who hire them.
