Responsibilities
- Collaborate with athletic communications and promotions teams to create and execute in-game promotions, giveaways, and fan experiences. Monitor and evaluate fan feedback and adjust operations to improve the overall fan experience.
- Serves as the secondary point of contact for Campus Security, Melbourne Police, National Cleaning Service (NCS), Panther Dining Services, and other outside vendors for support of game elements

- Assist in managing a comprehensive electronic inventory program (TRAC), which encompasses distributing, collecting, and disposing of equipment, shoes, and apparel
- Other duties assigned by the Associate Athletic Director for External Operations
- Previous experience working in an athletic game operations role preferred
- Bachelor's degree required in Sport Management, Sports Facilities, Coaching, or other athletic-related discipline
- Master's degree preferred
