Compensation

  • $145,000-$170,000 FM Career Map: Director Location: Hybrid.

  • WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are looking for a Director of Corporate Marketing and Communications who has a deep understanding of both communications and context.
  • This role is one of stewardship.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that how Fors Marsh communicates reflects who we are, what we do, and the standards we hold ourselves to.
  • How we present ourselves externally and communicate internally shapes how clients, partners, and employees understand who we are.
  • You will lead the full corporate marketing and communications portfolio: brand stewardship, internal communications, external positioning.
  • You will lead a small, agile and super talented team and have access to tools and resources to drive success.
