About the role
- You'll inherit an existing book of accounts and be expected to grow it.
- You'll prospect new contractors, work trade shows, conduct product knowledge events, and become the go-to hardscape resource in your territory.
- Territory: Southeast New York (2-4 hour radius; home office based)
Responsibilities
- Own your territory - manage and grow a defined book of contractor and dealer accounts
- Collaborate with dealers to drive contractor demand through the channel
- Partner with your Regional Sales Manager to build quarterly territory plans
- As a North American leader in premium concrete paving stones, retaining walls, and hardscape solutions, we partner with contractors, landscapers, architects, and dealers who take pride in craftsmanship.

- This is a true outside sales territory role - you'll be on the road visiting contractors, dealers, and landscapers, building relationships that turn into long-term business.
Requirements

Compensation
- $75,000 - $85,000 (based on experience)
- First-year OTE: $100,000-$115,000+
