About the role

We pride ourselves on ditching the old fashioned marketing model of stock photos and templated sites.
We have embraced a hybrid work model where local team members come in at least two days a week.

You will manage project schedules, communicate timelines and expectations, collect and organize assets, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
You'll lead onboarding calls with clients, be a master note-taker, and maintain a consistent communication cadence with clients.
In addition to coming up with your own marketing ideas, and working with local sales reps on feasibility and execution, you should feel confident presenting recommendations to our clients.
Drive upsells and expansion opportunities by understanding client goals and proactively sharing with them services that may help them achieve those goals.
You should be a hungry, scrappy personality with a positive attitude and aims to deliver.

you must be personable, professional, responsive and well-organized.
Attention to detail is crucial, but so is the ability to read between the lines.
Project Managers must be organized and on top of all client needs, acting as the project owner to oversee deadlines and facilitate deliverables.
You will need an exceptionally strong ability to multitask and prioritize accordingly, keeping track of outstanding assets and tasks.
Your ability to launch projects in a timely manner and troubleshoot any roadblocks preventing a timely launch, will have a direct impact on MRR.
