Requirements

  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and ability to conduct safety audits
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows

  • You will help ensure compliance with company safety policies and OSHA standards while maintaining a secure environment across office entrances and facility premises.
  • include managing entry control processes, monitoring CCTV for safety-related incidents and other matters, and conducting safety audits and observations.
  • 2 years of experience in the field, preferred
  • CPR certification, preferred
  • OSHA 10 or 30 certification, preferred
  • PIT driver's certification, preferred

Skills

  • Documenting truck traffic in a Yard Management System for proper check-in of deliveries and truck departures
  • Verifying visitors through established visitor check-in and ID procedures
  • Conducting safety audits, assisting with safety training and monitoring CCTV for safety-related incidents and miscellaneous matters
  • Documenting safety violations, observations and incidents using the company's incident reporting software
  • Responding promptly to emergencies or incidents and escalating as needed
