- The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional hiring experience for candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.

Responsibilities
- Manage complex interview schedules while balancing interviewer availability and candidate experience.
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners, hiring managers, executives, HR, and administrative teams to facilitate recruiting activities.
- Maintain accurate candidate data and recruiting metrics within Greenhouse ATS.
- Help maintain recruiting documentation, templates, and standard operating procedures.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruiting marketing activities.
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of recruiting coordination, HR coordination, administrative, or customer-facing experience.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple competing deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting recruiting within manufacturing, aerospace, defense, engineering, or other technical industries.
- Experience coordinating executive-level interviews.
- Familiarity with scheduling across multiple time zones.
- Experience supporting recruiting metrics and reporting.
- Knowledge of recruiting compliance and hiring best practices.
- Work Environment
- Primarily based in Berthoud, Colorado.
- Ability to travel occasionally to Ursa Major's Longmont office for meetings, recruiting activities, and business needs.
Compensation
- Colorado law requires us to tell you the base compensation range of this role, which is $54,000 - $68,000, determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
