About the role

Trueline is seeking a Project Manager to join their team a growing commercial flooring contractor serving hospitality, gaming, convention, and large-scale commercial construction projects nationwide.
This role can be based in the Tulsa, OK area or remote/hybrid, for the right remote candidate, with some regular travel.

Manage commercial flooring projects from award through closeout Review plans, specifications, contracts, budgets, and project scope Coordinate project schedules, material releases, logistics, and installation sequencing Serve as the primary point of contact for installers, clients, vendors, and internal teams Track labor, material, and project costs to help deliver profitable projects Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, closeout documentation, and project reporting Coordinate freight, equipment, housing, and jobsite logistics for nationwide projects Conduct jobsite visits to monitor quality, progress, inventory, and project execution Maintain proactive communication with clients and field teams throughout each project Help resolve field issues quickly while keeping projects on schedule and within budget Partner closely with estimating, operations, purchasing, and installation teams to ensure successful project delivery

Commercial flooring or floor covering experience Hospitality, casino, hotel, or convention center construction experience Experience with Bluebeam, Monday.com, or similar construction software Estimating experience
