About the role

This role is highly hands-on and facilitative; one that requires a combination of analysis and project management, as well as a willingness to play an active, internal and client facing, role.
This role reports to the Associate Director and has ﬁduciary responsibility for their portfolio of clients.
Salary Range $66,300.00 - $95,000.00 A successful applicant's actual base salary may vary based on factors such as individual's skill sets, experience, training, education, licensure/certifications, and qualifications for the role.

o Own and manage the client ﬁnance tracker to:
o Validate compliance of contractual obligations
20% Project Manage Order to Cash Cycle
o Create and maintain the client deliverable calendar and work with internal teams to ensure key dates are met
§ Partner with cross-functional internal groups to educate teams on best practices
o Proactively review receivables to identify any unpaid balances that could result in media disruptions and work with accounts payable to ensure partners are paid timely
o Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and serve as their primary ﬁnance contact at the agency
o Provide ad hoc client reporting & support external audits
o Support the implementation of sound business management policies and practices
o Contribute to monthly managing partner status calls being led by Client Finance

Strong analytical, project management and Excel skills are required, as well as the ability to speak to ﬁnancial concepts.
Previous knowledge of a standard media billing process and the media industry is preferred.
5+ years of client facing experience, preferably in the media industry
Prior client management experience preferred
Understanding of accounting principals
Must be a team player and willing to adapt within a fast-paced environment
Proﬁciency with Excel, Word, Power Point, SharePoint
Knowledge of SBMS/MediaOcean OX is a plus
