About the role

  • We are seeking a Sr.
  • Manager of RevOps Accounting to own and lead the end-to-end revenue accounting function.
  • This person will be a key partner to cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Legal, Product, and Engineering and will be instrumental in ensuring revenue recognition policies and operations scale effectively with the business.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end revenue accounting operations, including but not limited to daily invoice/order approval and credit approval.
  • Maintain, adhere and enforce the company's global revenue recognition policies.
  • Collections Strategy: Design, implement, and monitor a proactive collections strategy to minimize Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and optimize working capital.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience with ERP, billing, and revenue operations platforms is strongly preferred, including but not limited to: Netsuite, Salesforce, SPIFF, Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse, Tableau, etc.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and practical experience with SQL are highly valued and will significantly contribute to success in this role

Compensation

  • Assist with the monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue close process, ensuring timely and accurate ledger entries, account receivable, allowance and related account reconciliations, and disclosures.
  • Lead the revenue portion of quarterly and annual external audit, serving as the main point of contact for auditors on operational revenue data.
