About the role

This role ensures that inbound and outbound files are delivered accurately, securely, and on schedule, while investigating and resolving file transmission issues as they arise.

Providing ongoing production support by monitoring productions jobs, restarting failed jobs, and performing defect analysis and correction.
Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new processes to assist the Operational team in handling special requests and improving customer service.
The Delivery Specialist is responsible for the day to day processing, monitoring, and support of electronic file exchanges.
Works closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain reliable data exchange operations and meet service-level expectations.

Have Bachelor in business administration / computer science or related field

Coordinating annual enrollment activities between internal and external clients. Including but not limited to meetings, calendar of activities, interfaces and audit
