Responsibilities

  • Client & Account Management Maintain strong and solid client relationships, serving as a key day-to-day contact and elevating any issues to senior management as needed.
  • Independently lead and facilitate client meetings, anticipate client questions or objections, and proactively manage and solve issues or conflicts of greater complexity.
  • Manage complex projects independently and proactively solve for timeline, estimate, or quality issues.
  • Assist with facilitating workshops and brainstorming meetings with senior account team Project & Financial Management Independently own the development of projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Manage project budgets and provide accurate financial tracking; raise awareness of projects at risk for going over budget to the team and client.
  • Independently develop scopes of work (SOWs) and manage project estimate maintenance needs (i.e., out of scopes, etc.), along with timely reconciliations.
  • Build and maintain project timelines with the coordination and input of internal team members.
  • Develop strategic and actionable project briefs and project palettes.
  • Team & Agency Collaboration Supervise, train, and develop direct reports.
  • Able to identify new ways of working and leverage relationships and strong communication skills to enact change and optimize processes.

  • Proficiencyin project management software and relevant business tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel at least 3-5 times per year to meet with clients.

  • Qualification Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., health sciences, marketing, communications).
