20-40% What you'll do As a Senior Consulting Analyst at Clearsulting, you'll play an important role in helping clients improve finance processes and support technology transformation initiatives.
You'll work closely with project teams to analyze data, develop insights, and create high-quality deliverables that help organizations streamline operations, improve decision-making, and enable digital transformation.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy problem-solving, collaborating with others, and developing expertise in finance and technology-focused consulting.
Support client engagements focused on improving finance processes and enabling technology-driven transformation.
Develop client deliverables, including presentations, process documentation, reports, and recommendations.
Collaborate with project team members and client stakeholders to support the design and implementation of process and technology solutions.
Support assigned workstreams and deliverables, proactively identifying challenges and escalating issues as appropriate.
Maintain and enhance the Clearsulting culture by building meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues and demonstrating the Clearsulting Core Values each day.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
3+ years of relevant experience in consulting, corporate finance, accounting, business analysis, or a related field.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and/or Alteryx is a plus.
Effective written and verbal communication skills with a client-service mindset.
Experience supporting cross-functional projects and working effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Willingness and ability to travel, as needed.

For team members residing in Toronto, we expect 2-4 days of in-person work per month, allowing flexibility choosing these days to accommodate client meetings, team syncs and individual schedules.
For all other cities, we welcome remote work.
