About the role
- Are you a Parts Store Manager searching for new experiences?
- SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES - Directly supervises associates in the Parts Department. - Carries out supervisory responsibilities per the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- The associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Develops, designs, and implements marketing plan to increase parts sales.
- Designs product promotions.
- Performs customer surveys and focus groups.
- Maintains presentable showrooms.
- Maintain safe work environment with month safety inspections.
- Maintain building maintenance.
- Develop or review procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency of standard work.
- Collaborate with all Associates to uphold the company's mission and values.
Requirements
- Associate's degree from an accredited institution
- 5+ years of HVAC wholesale distribution related experience
- Ability to pass drug screening
- Ability to prove US employment eligibility
- Must be able to work overtime/weekends as required.
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must possess EPA approved Universal Technician Certification
- All aspects of employment including the decision to hire, promote, discipline, or discharge, will be based on merit, competence, performance, and business needs.
Nice to have
- Preferred possession of CATS Certification
