About the role
- Reporting to the Director of Deployment, you will act both as a technical reference and as a people manager.
- Your mandate is multifaceted: contributing to critical data migration projects, ensuring the quality and integrity of transferred data, and supporting the performance and professional development of your development team.
- Your leadership will directly contribute to successful deployments and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis and execution of complex or high-impact data migrations
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Implementation Specialists to manage client expectations and resolve technical blockers
Requirements
- Ability to mobilize a team and make decisions in a results-driven, deadline-oriented environment.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Languages: Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken, is required.

Company info
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5 to 7 years of development experience, with a strong focus on data integration (ETL) or database management
- Previous experience in team management, project coordination, or technical mentorship (strong asset)
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (stored procedures, query optimization, complex data analysis)
- Strong knowledge of C# and the.NET environment
- Deep understanding of relational database structures
