Responsibilities

  • The Cardiac Sonographer (CS) performs all echocardiograms and maintains supplies/records relevant to the Echocardiography department in an inpatient capacity hospital critical care trauma 24/7 environment.

Requirements

  • BLS certification required at hire.

Nice to have

  • High School graduate required.
  • Must be RDCS within one year of employment.
  • Three years full-time experience in an equivalent position preferred.

Skills

  • Demonstrates skill with scanning and reporting transthoracic, and stress echocardiography
  • Arrhythmia interpretation skills preferred.

Compensation
