About the role
- As a Data Center Facilities Technical Manager, you will spearhead the development and implementation of best-in-class technical operational processes and procedures for our data center clients.
- Your day-to-day will involve ensuring consistent, high-quality technical service delivery, maintaining 100% uptime, and achieving client SLAs across our portfolio.
- You will play a key role in shaping our technical approach, managing vendor contracts, and driving continuous improvement within our Data Center Operations organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational support on process and standards across the local data center portfolio.
- Manage technical library content and structure to ensure global accessibility and relevance.
- Review operational procedural documents from commissioning documentation and site drawings.
- Review critical facilities operation procedural documents based on commissioning documentation and site drawings.
- Work with the Operations Team to develop, track, and maintain procedures and policies.
- Lead by example, embodying CoreWeave values, and influence others to adopt best practices.
- Drive improvements and changes to existing methods, processes, and standards within the technical discipline.
- Experience in developing and maintaining standardized technical operational processes and procedures.

Requirements
- Proven track record in evaluating and improving technical operational processes and procedures.
- Technical knowledge of High-Risk emergency operating procedures and Data Center compliance standards.
- Experience executing operational and performance risk assessments.
- Ability to solve complex technical and operational problems with a broad understanding of departmental impact.
- Specific experience with large-scale AI hyperscale environments.

Compensation
- The base salary range for this role is $122,000 to $163,000.
