About the role
- The Family Facilitator I - Wraparound is responsible for coordinating the activities of the Child and Family Team (CFT) and the development and implementation of individualized CFT plans.
- The position is responsible for coordinating case management activities for SPA 8.

Requirements
- Bilingual Spanish-English is required.
- Ability to effectively conduct meetings and motivate others to work collaboratively.
- Experience in crisis management is helpful.
- 2 or more years of direct practice experience working with seriously disturbed children adolescents, and families.
- Experience engaging parents as partners and working successfully with families from diverse ethnic and cultural groups.
Nice to have
- BA and/or relevant experience as determined by Program Director-master's degree preferred.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent person relationship, facilitation, and service management skills.
Compensation
- 403(b) - 3% Employer contribution based off annual salary

- Works in collaboration with a Clinical Supervisor to ensure that families receive mental health support, and that Department of Mental Health (DMH) documentation is completed.
