Responsibilities
- Design and optimize role-based access controls (RBAC) and user lifecycle workflows via modern IAM platforms (e.g., Okta).
- Manage and secure a highly distributed, mixed-OS fleet (primarily macOS with some Windows) utilizing advanced MDM solutions (Jamf, Kandji, Intune).
- Implement and maintain robust, high-performance corporate office network infrastructure.
- Act as the highest tier of engineering support for complex, cross-functional corporate IT issues, maintaining strict service level objectives (SLOs) while providing high-touch support to global staff and leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of experience in an IT Systems/Infrastructure role, with a proven track record of handling mid-to-large scale tech environments.
- Working knowledge of network fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting),Familiarity with network protocols, firewalls, and VPN technologies.
Nice to have
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Okta Certified Administrator, Jamf Certified Admin, CCNA, or AWS/GCP Cloud Practitioner).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus.
Compensation
- The compensation range for this position is dependent on location.
