  • About the Position Clinical Architecture is seeking an entry level Product Analyst to join our team in the Indianapolis, IN area.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Directors of Product Management to evaluate input from multiple stakeholders to develop detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Participate in product validation, testing support, or user acceptance activities.
  • Provide support to ensure product documentation is considered at each stage of development.

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience working in the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Proficient in teamwork, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to tools such as Jira Atlassian, Confluence, or other Agile software.
  • 1 to 2 years in a Product Analyst role or similar role.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology.
  • Familiarity with Project Management methodology.

This role will work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the development process and gain hands-on experience in product development, Agile workflows, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • This role is based on-site at our Carmel, IN Headquarters, five days a week. While we are an in-office organization, we do our best to offer flexibility when needed, ensuring both work-life balance and uninterrupted business operations.
