Create data-driven recommendations based on analyses & understanding of business objectives

Bachelor's Degree in economics, business administration, mathematics/statistics, finance or other quantitative discipline, or equivalent work experience
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel is required.
Working knowledge of other technical programs is highly desired but not required (e.g. SQL, Python)
High degree of flexibility and comfort responding to changing business needs
Related experience in insurance product management preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in the insurance industry

Well organized with a strong attention to detail
Desire to solve problems, think analytically and move quickly to build new programs

Conduct annual rate proposals to ensure assigned LOB is at rate adequacy and pricing segmentation is effective
