Responsibilities

  • As a Full Stack Engineer at Phia, you'll build and ship features across frontend and backend systems that power our creator and brand ecosystem.
  • Implement APIs and data flows that support content, product, and analytics workflows
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to ship end-to-end features

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience (or equivalent internships, projects, or coursework) in software development
  • Experience with JavaScript and at least one frontend and one backend framework
  • Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and web application architecture
  • Familiarity with version control, testing, and modern development workflows
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communicator with a collaborative, ownership-oriented mindset

Nice to have

  • Debug and improve existing systems with a focus on reliability and performance
  • Contribute to code quality, testing, and documentation
  • Learn and apply best practices for scalable, maintainable software
