Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years data center operations, project and/or engineering experience.
- Minimum 5 years supporting business line expansion in a high growth market.
- Prior experience with development of mission critical programs, procedures, and DCIM/MCIM/CMMS systems.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

- Operations Director Key Responsibilities Provide data center operational direction/leadership at the account/divisional level to advance Data Center capabilities and market share.
- Provide input to strategic data center product bundle to enhance JLL Data Center capabilities.
- Provide ownership of all DC/CE managed space within a designated area.
- Leadership of our all data center best practices focused on networking, best in class performance, program/playbook updates and Engineering Center of Excellence.
- Act as subject matter expert and single point of contact for data center operational management within your assigned responsibility.
Compensation
- 275,000.00 - 275,000.00 USD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
- Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
