About the role
- We're hiring a n Engineering Manager to lead and grow a high-performing engineering team, responsible for delivering end-to-end products that solve real patient problems.
- You'll work across teams to own and deliver high-impact work that directly improves patient outcomes and scales our care model.This is a mission-critical leadership role working closely with product, design and our clinical teams to bring the product from concept to launch.
Responsibilities
- Leverage AI and automation to build a best-in-class product that delivers scalable, high-quality patient care.
- Hire, lead, and grow a high-performing team of agentic and full-stack engineers.
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of both frontend and backend services across the platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, including 2+ years in a people management role.
Nice to have
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, product-driven environment rooted in trust, autonomy, and direct feedback.
- Go experience is a big plus.
Compensation
- The base salary for this role typically ranges between $230,000-$270,000 depending on experience, skills, seniority, and business needs.
- In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for equity as part of the total compensation package.
