About the role

  • Zeta is undergoing a fundamental transformation with Athena - our AI engine - at the core.
  • AthenaOS, the operating system that powers Athena, is evolving Zeta into a modular, AI-native platform delivering a suite of "Impossible Products", including the next generation of Agentic Applications.
  • This leader will define how applications are created, managed, moderated, certified, and experienced across the Zeta platform.

Responsibilities

  • This role sits at the intersection of AI, platform architecture, governance, and enterprise application design and will define foundational patterns for years to come.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Product Management experience with deep focus on platforms, operating systems, ecosystems, or AI-driven application frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to define governance, certification, or compliance systems at scale
  • Experience collaborating closely with AI/ML teams on model interfaces, guardrails, or agentic workflows
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with proven cross-functional influence
  • You will define and steward the reusable building blocks required to create high-quality apps, including:
  • Strong architectural intuition and systems thinking

Compensation

  • The salary range for this role is $190,000 - $210,000, depending on location and experience.
