- We provide comprehensive care through our on-site infusion therapy, laboratory services, and clinical research center.
- Overview The Medical Assistant (MA) plays a key role in supporting high-quality, efficient patient care within the Clinical Department.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical support to infusion nurses, including patient intake, infusion room preparation, supply and medication coordination, and timely documentation to ensure efficient and safe infusion operations.
- Manage patient flow to reduce wait times and support schedule optimization.
- Support coordination of care between Clinical, Infusion, Lab, Research, Billing, and Scheduling departments.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure continuity of care and a positive patient experience.
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality and professionalism.
- The MA works collaboratively with physicians, APPs, nursing staff, and administrative teams to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
- This role also provides clinical support to the infusion nurses within the infusion suite to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered infusion services.
